Three of Whitney’s portraits have been chosen for this fine art photography exhibit.  The juror, Andra Archer of Archer Concept Group, is the curator of the ongoing Art in Public Places Program at Republic Plaza.  A broad variety of photography will be displayed in terms of theme, media, B&W and color, size and presentation.
